This compact, durable, handheld meter is ideal for monitoring instantaneous UV index, measuring solar intensity in terms of UV index, tracking UV index over time, and monitoring UV lamp intensity and aging. The meter is equipped with a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Photodiode under a hermetically sealed UV glass window cap with Eeff (Erythemally Effective) filter and diffuser.
