The ability to measure DO optically along with temperature, in a simple, compact handheld allows the EcoSense Optical DO and Temp Meter to be used across multiple application sampling strategies in the field. The optical sensor provides worry-free, accurate, repeatable measurements; holds calibration for several months; and requires no stirring. Features of the meter include an optical dissolved oxygen sensor, an easy-to-use interface, automatic temperature compensation, manual input for salinity and pressure compensation, low battery indicator, auto shutoff after 30 minutes of inactivity, and an IP-67 waterproof housing.
